Kitchen features premium appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and beverage center. Counter seating is great to entertain while preparing meals. Kitchen has both a Keurig and an Espresso machine. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, is luxuriously decorated with king bed and private bath with large glass shower enclosure. Upstairs, the 2nd bedroom hosts a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. The front porches are a great place to enjoy that morning coffee or casual dining while overlooking the patio with wood fire pit and gas grill. Sorry, fireplace in living room is non-functioning and for decoration only. This homes does not provide a garage for parking or access.
Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and have access to the community pool, clubhouse and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features Yawl’s Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique), Wellness & Fitness Center, Spa, Steam and Saunas.
