The main living area is located on the second floor and has an open concept floor plan with living room, kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower, third bedroom with queen bed, and day room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, large island with stools, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster oven. There is also a dining area with adjacent screened porch and open deck with gas grill where endless hours will be spent watching the water and wildlife. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs will also have a shared bath that includes a shower and soaking tub. During your stay you will be able to use the closed in ground floor garage area where you and your guests can enjoy a friendly game of ping pong.
This property features a concrete pier with plenty of room to tie up your boat. There is a ramp less than 1 mile away - Talk about convenient! There are two kayaks for you to use while exploring the local waters and creeks. Kids will enjoy fishing right from the dock as well! Water depth is 3-4 feet at end of pier. Please know that the boat and boat lift are not included or available for guest use.
