The upstairs loft offers additional sleeping options with another queen and 2 single beds and another full bath. Baby gates, pack & play, and a high chair are also available in the cottage. Come enjoy the screened porch year-round with panoramic views and a double-sided fireplace making even crisp evenings a cozy delight. There is a community dock where you can fish, crab, kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board and listen to the sounds of nature. This house is comfortably appointed with many features and thoughtful touches throughout. Smoking is prohibited in house, in porches or on property. No pets allowed.
Stays longer than 27 days will be assessed an additional cleaning fee, collected by host prior to arrival.
