Three bedroom, two bath waterfront home has open floor plan with large screened in porch with fantastic sunsets. First floor has a queen bed in room facing the water, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom with queen bed. First floor bedrooms share a full bath with washer and dryer. Upstairs is a bedroom with king bed and attached bath. This gracious home is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood with its’ very own dock that draws three and a half to four feet of water. So bring your boat! Kayaks are available!

Nearest boat ramp is located just 5 miles away in Oriental. Driveway has plenty of room to park your vehicle and boat/trailer.

We loved our week at Treasure Drive. The location is great as well as the accommodations for our boat and dogs. It was wonderful to finally be in Oriental for the fireworks display! Beth Frazier realty is wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to our stay next summer at Treasure Drive!

Incredible stay. We loved it! Our young kids caught 20+ fish on the dock, they swam endlessly, we explored Oriental, and loved the porch. Such a fun weekend.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house was clean and so well laid out and we loved the proximity to the water and the kayaks available for use. I've suggested they add some pictures to the listing because the bathrooms are very nice and there is a wonderful, small office space upstairs, along with the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms are very nice-sized, including the one w/ the single twin or daybed. The kitchen was much better stocked than I was expecting - particularly many cooking and baking dishes, small appliances, etc. Check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and communication with the staff at Beth Frazer was exceptional. The only thing to note would be that if you're planning to eat out or see surrounding areas, there will be a lot of driving involved. We knew this going in, as we had stayed nearby in April, so it wasn't an issue. The ferry system is great for shortening some of the drives. All in all, this is a great property, great location and there is so much room for just relaxing and hanging out with family.

We had a lovely stay here over Thanksgiving. The home was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our dog. The kids loved playing in the yard and at the dock and even got some kayaking in. The kitchen was very well stocked too. There actually was a 4th room that worked as an extra bedroom for one of our kids, though I don't think it's technically listed as a bedroom. The two rooms with queen beds don't have blinds, but it wasn't a big deal in the winter. The location is great too. There are houses nearby, but it was all super quiet. The house is about 5 minutes from grocery store and less than 10 minutes from Oriental, plus New Bern is only 30 minutes away. Overall, highly recommend.

We stayed at Treasure Drive on a gorgeous weekend in March. Perfect weather for kayaking and sitting out on the back deck and on the dock (and no bugs!). The idyllic setting was surrounded by trees and birds (we saw seagulls and geese fly out over the water, and hawks circling over the woods) and included a nice dock that overlooks a charming little cove. The cove was great for kayaking and I imagine would be nice for kids to swim in warmer months. We also enjoyed the books and games provided by the house, the nautical decorations and the beautiful hardwood floors. Two of the bedrooms didn't have blinds or curtains, and although it was nice to be able to look out at the water, I would've preferred the option to shut the blinds. Other than that, it was perfect!

Beautiful spot, well cared for and a peaceful area. The perfect place to enjoy the water and relax. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The property is well-managed and Beth Fazer & Associates are very quick to respond and address any questions. Very easy, smooth experience. I would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the private dock.The house was very nice on the inside and well equipped, however the driveway needs maintained/gravel and the handrails/decks out side need repairs. Looking forward to our annual trip next year!

This house has great views of Green Creek and was convenient to town. It was great for our family gathering, allowed everyone to be together with enough room to spread out. It was very relaxing, wish we could have stayed longer.
