Master Suite has a King-sized bed and Guest bedroom contains a full size bed. Wood walls, wood floors, stainless steel appliance package butcher block countertops and loads of natural light are just a few of the features that make this cottage a gem. No pets allowed.
Come, visit us in the historic village of Oriental. The town was named after the Sailing Steamer Oriental. Built in Philadelphia in 1861, but only lasted about a year after running aground. Native Americans were the first to come here before the Europeans. They farmed the lands and fished in the creeks and on the river. Fishing is still big here and the trawlers grace the harbor, bringing in a catch of shrimp, crab or flounder depending on the season. This little piece of paradise that we call home was also a stomping ground for pirates like Edward Teach/Blackbeard. Many of tales about buried treasure....
