Walk to The New Village Brewery & Taproom for some unique tap beer or just to look at the stars on Astronomy Night. Tennis courts are around the corner if you like to play tennis and we have a big pickleball community here in Oriental. Lou Mac park, Orientals Old Theater and all restaurants are within walking or biking distance. We have a great coffee shop called The Bean and a Village Gallery for local artist works. The Red Rooster is open on Friday nights as well as the Tiki Bar on the weekends for some live outdoor music.
Wide waters beckon for year-round sailing, cruising, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and for the racing groups, there are regattas just about every month of the year if not every other week in the summer. Come and visit this little piece of paradise off the intracoastal waterway that is known as the Sailing Capitol of North Carolina.
