Broad Creek Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath weekend getaway part of the Southern Living Inspired Community on Boathouse Row. The apron-front sink, stainless steel appliances, custom shaker-style cabinetry and gas fireplace are some of the great features. This cottage also includes king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom, stackable washer and dryer in a laundry closet as well as basic cable and Wi-Fi. Screened porch and shared fire-pit overlook the harborview location.
Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and have access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features the new Yawl’s Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique), Spa, Steam and Saunas. The Provision Company in the Village has any provisions you might need. Come visit us in the sailing capitol of North Carolina for fishing, hunting or just all-around relaxation. Harbor Club Guest Fees are specific to each home.
